How this website handles your information
Effective October 15, 2026. This notice covers this website, operated by Trusted Transformation Solutions (“TTS”). It does not cover other TTS products or services, which have their own terms.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, work email address, organization, topic, and message, if you use the contact form.
- Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the page that referred you, through Google Analytics and the security check described below.
The contact form
When you use the form on our Let’s talk page, we collect the name, work email address, organization, topic, and message you enter. We use them only to read and respond to your request.
Submitting the form sends your message by email to a TTS mailbox through Amazon Web Services (Amazon API Gateway, AWS Lambda, and Amazon SES). The website does not store your message in a database. Our technical logs record only that a request occurred and whether it succeeded, not what you wrote. Your message stays in our company mailbox for as long as we need it to respond and to keep ordinary business records.
Security check
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated tools. Your browser loads a script from Cloudflare and sends it information about your browser and connection, and we send Cloudflare the resulting token and your IP address to confirm it. Cloudflare handles that information under its own privacy policy. We use the result only to accept or reject the submission.
Website analytics
On public pages we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited. Google receives the page you view, the page that referred you, your browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to recognize repeat visits. We have turned off Google signals and ad personalization, and we do not use analytics for advertising.
Google keeps event-level analytics data for the period configured in our Google Analytics account and processes it under its own privacy policy. You can avoid analytics by using a browser or extension that blocks trackers, or by installing Google’s Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The website works the same way either way.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. This website does not currently change how it works in response to that signal. You can limit analytics as described above.
What we do not do
- We do not sell the personal information collected here.
- We do not use it for advertising.
- We do not ask for account passwords, payment details, or regulated or customer data through this website. Please do not include sensitive information in the contact form.

To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete a message you sent, email contact-us@ttsimpact.com. We will update this notice when how this website handles information changes, and the effective date above will change with it.
